The site does what it needs to do, but the whole thing feels kind of clunky. Checkout was slow too, which seems to be how every online store is these days.

They kept me updated well the whole time, which I really appreciated. I kept thinking, okay good, I don’t have to chase anyone down or sit here guessing what’s happening. It made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful

I ordered this thinking it would arrive quickly, but it ended up showing up late with almost no updates along the way (which was frustrating). The item was fine once it got here, but the shipping experience definitely could’ve been better.

I ordered from gritroutdoors.com and the shipping was just way slower than I expected. The item did eventually show up, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the tracking barely updated for a few days and that was Annoying. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them if I needed something Quickly

I did get a response from customer support and they answered my question, but it took longer than I was expecting. To be fair, this was just my experience, so I can’t say if that’s how it usually is. They were polite once they got back to me, so overall it wasn’t bad, I just wish the response time had been quicker.

"Decent outdoor selection, but the filters are a mess"
They do have a good range of outdoor gear, and I found plenty of options. But the filters made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. It feels like someone didn’t bother setting them up properly, so I had to waste time digging through stuff I wasn’t even looking for.

I ordered from GritrOutdoors and the checkout was totally fine. Nothing confusing or annoying there, lol, it was straightforward.
The only thing was the processing time felt a bit slow. It took a few days before I saw any update or movement, so I did start wondering if my order was just sitting there or got stuck somehow.
It all went through in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. Just not the fastest, lol. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

I saw a discount that looked good, so I added my stuff and went to checkout. But then the promo code just disappeared or got removed somehow. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really a big help. It was a annoying experience, honestly.

I ordered a scope because the site said it was in stock, but then I got an email later saying it was actually backordered. Kind of frustrating, honestly. Customer service did get back to me and they canceled the order without any issue, so that part was fine. Just seems like the inventory info needs to be updated better, because if it says in stock, I’d expect it to actually be in stock.
